“Beyond the Bullets” forum to bring faith leaders, law enforcement, and activists together to discuss issue of gun violence

Norfolk, VA – Pastor Bobby Bowser of Mt. Lebanon Church in Norfolk and Virginians for Responsible Gun Laws will be hosting a special public gathering on Tuesday, June 23, to discuss the epidemic of gun violence affecting Southeast Virginia. The panel of experts on gun violence will focus on helping community members learn how to turn their anger and sadness into action and meaningful change.

The Educational Fund to Stop Gun Violence (Ed Fund) is the 501(c)(3) sister organization of the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. The organization has engaged in a number of successful public education campaigns over the years aimed at reducing gun death and injury. The Ed Fund can be found on Twitter.

Virginians for Responsible Gun Laws is a coalition of Virginians seeking common sense gun legislation. It is a project of the Educational Fund to Stop Gun Violence, which operates as a 501(c)(3).
