Ari Davis is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence (CSGV) where he conducts research and advocates for evidence-based policies to reduce gun violence. His primary focus area is addressing community gun violence through effective policy and programs.

Ari earned a Master of Public Policy at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2018 and is currently a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) student focusing on violence prevention.

Prior to working in gun violence prevention, Ari was a special education teacher with Teach for America in New Orleans, Louisiana. Through his experiences working with youth affected by gun violence, he became a passionate gun violence prevention advocate.
